1Digital Services and Products

Due to the nature of digital goods and services:

• Fees for consulting, strategy, and design services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Down payments or deposits are non-refundable to cover initial project setup, research, and resource allocation.

2After Project Completion

3Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun but before completion, the client will be billed for the pro-rated amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any work completed remains the property of Avinash K. until paid for in full.

4Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, such as in the case of significant deviations from agreed-upon project scope where a resolution cannot be met.
